Here is the full manual of Outlook Search Helper (aka: OSHPlugin).

First Time Running

Outlook Search Helper needs build index from your email to achieve lightning speed searching. When it's running for the first time, it must build index, or the search function will not working.

Click OK button to continue.

Due to the number of your emails and speed of your computer, the index building work costs from seconds to minutes.

Search

After the OSHPlugin is installed successfully, a little bird appears on the right top side of the Outlook main window whenever it is activated. It's the access point of OSH search function.

Click the bird, a Search window will appear.

On the left top, it's the search keyword input edit box, enter the keyword you want to search, it can be any word or email address or name, etc.
On the left bottom, it's the search result list. and the keyword will be highlighted automatically. If you can't see highlighted keyword in the left list, the keyword must exists in the mail content.
On the right side, it's the mail content preview window. Here only shows the text content of the mail, picture link or other multimedia data will be filtered, and also keyword will be highlighted here.
If you want to view the full mail content, you can double-click on the left list item.
On the right top, it's the a drop-down menu.

Email Address Auto-complete

This function is pretty easy to use, on any new mail or reply mail window, when you typing in the address box edit, it will display auto-complete suggestion words based on your typed word. Press enter or TAB key to choose one, press UP DOWN PAGEUP PAGEDOWN to navigate through the suggestion list.

Address Book Export

To export the auto collected email address book from OSHPlugin, just click the menu of search window, and select menu "Export Address List", you will be asked to choose a place to save the exported excel csv file, choose a place and enter a name click "OK", it's done.
